Infant Massage

As a certified instructor from the International Association of Infant Massage my goal is to support each parent through this process; the origin of the strokes are based on Indian and Swedish techniques as well as some Yoga and reflexology methods, which were uniquely designed by Vimala McClure. Routine massages can help your baby with better sleep and improve digestive system.

The strokes I teach are simple and easy to remember; in each one-hour class we will practice different strokes for different areas of the body, and will slowly advance and you will learn to read your baby's cues as you advance and he/she adapts on the massage as well. This can be a private lesson as well as a small group lesson (5 max.)
